Attorneys will assist Clients with any type of legal document drafting, such as residential or commercial lease, contract, shareholder agreement, prenatal agreement, postnatal agreement, or compensation package, etc., within four weeks, up to four modifications.
Attorneys will provide a first version of the document draft to clients within 24 hours.
Attorneys will use a zoom meeting to share screen with clients to help clients to deeply understand the meaning of the legal document after the document finished.
Any discussion within the scope of the document review is included up to two hours for each case.
Legal document drafting within 10 pages: $1,000; every page in addition: $100 per page.
Additional consultation inside or outside the scope of the review is $330 US Dollars per hour.
