Attorney Document Review Attorney-Client Relationship Formation:
1. Around 20-minute free consultation before signing the document review retainer agreement.
2. The attorney prepares a retainer agreement and sign.
3. The client signs the retainer agreement.
4. Transfer $3,000 retainer fees into the attorney’s trust account to initiate the will and trust procedure.
5. If the $3,000 retainer fees are not enough during the will and trust procedure, then the client(s) have to transfer additional $3,000 retainer fees into the attorney’s trust account, otherwise the attorney will stop the services.
6. After the case is done, the attorney will provide the details of fees and refund the unearned fees.
Attorney document review
1. Attorneys will assist Clients with any type of legal document review, such as residential or commercial lease, contract, shareholder agreement, or prenatal agreement, etc., within four weeks, up to three modifications.
2. Attorneys will write a document which includes review outline, notes, and suggestions after the document review to clients.
3. Attorneys will use a zoom meeting to share screen with clients to help clients to deeply understand the meaning of the document after the document review.
4. Any discussion within the scope of the document review is included up to two hours for each 10 pages.
5. Legal document review within 10 pages: $1,000; every page in addition: $100 per page.
6. Additional consultation inside or outside the scope of the review is $330 US Dollars per hour.
