
Attorney-Client Relationship Formation
- Around 20-minute free consultation before signing the retainer agreement.
- The attorney prepares a retainer agreement and sign.
- The client(s) sign the retainer agreement.
- Transfer $3,000 retainer fees into the attorney’s trust account to initiate the legal services process.
- If the $3,000 retainer fees are not enough during the legal procedure, then the client(s) have to transfer additional $3,000 retainer fees into the attorney’s trust account, otherwise the attorney will stop the service.
- After the case is done, the attorney will provide the details of fees and refund the unearned fees.

Demanding Letter: $300 per letter

Retainer fees for negotiation or mediation: $3,000
Retainer fees for limited claim civil case: $3,000
Retainer fees for unlimited claim civil case: $5,000
Retainer fees for company legal counsel: $10,000
Legal document or contract drafting:
Under 10 pages: $2,000
Between 11 pages to 15 pages: $3,000
Between 16 pages to 20 pages: $4,000
Above 20 pages: $4,000 + $200 per page
Legal document or contract reviewing and editing:
Under 10 pages: $1,000
Between 11 pages to 15 pages: $1,500
Between 16 pages to 20 pages: $2,000
Above 20 pages: $2,000 + $100 per page
